Dr. Haskins is no stranger to the area of social services. She began her career over 20 years ago and has worked and supervised in the areas of: mental health, developmental disabilities, substance use disorder, home healthcare, assisted living, and foster care.
Dr. Haskins obtained her bachelor’s degree in 2000 from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with dual majors in political science and sociology. She obtained her master’s degree in psychology from Upper State New York University and graduated cum laude with a doctorate in psychology from Upper New York University.
Ms. Haskins is a native of Chicago, Illinois, and currently resides in Gaithersburg, Maryland. She is involved in several community service projects including Advocacy for Veterans and At Risk Children. She is the proud mom of a son serving in the United States Air Force in cyber security.
