Hope House Treatment Center is staffed with caring, experienced professionals that include addiction trained Nurses, Physicians, Master's Level Counselors, Associate Counselors and Treatment Aides. 


Executive director

Peter D'Souza, MBA, LCADC, MA is currently the Executive Director of Addiction Recovery Inc, dba Hope House Treatment Centers. He has been at the helm of Hope House for twelve years. He has extensive experience  and knowledge in Management and Administration of Mental Health, Housing and Addiction Agencies. 


Medical Director

Dr. Michael G. Hayes, M.D. is the Medical Director of Hope House Treatment Centers. Dr. Hayes graduated from University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in 1963 and has been in practice for over 54 years. He has practiced full-time addiction medicine since 1990.

James A. Goines, MA, CAC-AD is the Director of Treatment of Hope House Treatment Centers. Mr. Goines began his education at the Community College of Baltimore in 1974 studying Mental Health. He received multiple certificates for education from the Office of Education Treatment in Addiction Services and the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene - Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists. In 2006, Mr. Goines received his Master's Degree in Counseling from the United Baptist College and Seminar. James has devoted 23 years to the Hope House Treatment Centers.
